These self-catering Matavai Studio Apartments are located just 1.7km north of Scenic Matavai Resort, and comprise of 5 accommodation buildings each with 2 apartments. Interconnecting doors allow for 2 adjoining apartments to be transformed into a family apartment with 2 bedrooms. All rooms have a balcony offering stunning ocean views, a split, super king bed with luxury mattress topper, a pull-out sofa bed suitable for two small children to share, air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with cook hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and kettle, LCD TV, and alarm clock.
Additional facilities include a central freshwater swimming pool, a guest BBQ, guest laundry, trampoline and sea tracks to the surrounding reef. The Matavai Studio Apartments offer a more private alternative to the Resort itself, and are ideal for those seeking some of the comforts of home. Guests still have full use of all Resort facilities and there is a free shuttle for those wanting to travel between the Studio Apartments and the Resort.

This 3 bedroom Villa is situated right next door to Scenic Matavai Apartments, and provides all the comforts of home. A spacious open plan living area, free wireless internet, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, laundry including washing machine, dryer and iron, bathroom, toilet and additional ensuite, flatscreen TV and DVD player, indoor dining table for 6, 6 burner hood BBQ and outdoor seating for 8 create the ideal living space for families or groups. Villa guests are welcome to use the Apartment facilities including the swimming pool, BBQ area, trampoline and sea tracks.
